The season 4 premiere of "The Walking Dead" had a record 16.1 million viewers and the show is off to a great start. For those that are worried that this season won't have much action, don't worry because production designer Grace Walker told The Wrap on Oct. 16 that they are "building up to something that's huge."
Warning: If you do not want to know possible season 4 spoilers, then stop reading.
The first episode got the viewers caught up with what the characters have been up to (particularly Rick) and seeing how life at the prison has changed. There was a great scene with zombies and a helicopter crashing through the roof of the Big Spot when they were out on a supply run. Then at the end, Patrick (Vincent Martella) died from a mysterious virus, just before he turned into a walker. Of course, the rest of the prison residents have no clue, which puts them in danger.
Not only that, but there are a whole lot of people in the prison now. While many of them could be good, there are probably going to be some bad ones as well. A spoiler for season 4 of "The Walking Dead" released several months ago revealed that someone Rick trusts is going to betray him, there is the Governor to worry about and a girl is naming the walkers and is probably the one who is feeding them rats in the middle of the night and a preview shows the inside and outside of the prison being invaded by tons of zombies. It sure seems like this season is going to have quite a bit of action.
“We’re building it up to something that’s huge.”
It sounds like all of the events, which seem separate, may end up being connected.
What do you think Grace Walker meant by what she said? Do you have any theories on what will happen this season on "The Walking Dead?"
