‘The Walking Dead’ season 3 spoilers: episode 9 ‘The Suicide King’ clip (Photos)

The return of “The Walking Dead” second half of season three is only six days away. Adding to the anticipation of fans, on Monday, Feb. 4, Hollywood Hills revealed a new clip from episode 9 “The Suicide King” where the Governor puts Daryl and Merle in a tough spot.

It looks like “The Suicide King” will pick up right where it left off. This 2 minute and 10 second clip, gives us the first look at this episode, and it looks intense for “Walking Dead” favorite Daryl Dixon.

The clip commences with Woodbury shouting for the death of the Dixon brothers. The first half of the video has been seen before, where Andrea comes down from the crowd begging the Governor to let her friend (Daryl) go.

After the Governor tells Andrea there is nothing he can do now, he tells Merle, “I asked you where you loyalties lie, you said here,” the evil leader says. “Prove it. Prove it to us all. Brother against brother. Winner goes free….Fight! To the death!”

Andrea begs for them not to do this but after a very brief hesitation, Merle tells the town, “I’m gonna do, whatever I gotta do!” He then punches his brother and begins to beat him.

The Governor’s men then bring a walker into the pit and the clip closes.
