'The Walking Dead': More rumors of Daryl and Beth becoming a couple

Since last season, fans of "The Walking Dead" have wondered if Daryl and Beth were going to become a couple. While most viewers would either like to see him with Carol or for writers to leave him by himself, there are fans who believe that Daryl and Beth will end up together. On April 7, Examiner spoke with MJ Lopez, a loyal Texas fan who has a theory that the two are going to become an item.

Rumors of a Daryl/Beth romance have been circulating the Internet ever since she gave him a hug at the prison last season. While the Examiner previously speculated that they would have more of a brother-sister type of love for one another, some fans disagree.

MJ notes that there are little clues, like Daryl carrying Beth into the funeral parlor when she hurt her ankle and the two holding hands as they walked through the cemetery. In one scene, she was playing the piano and singing, something that he never particularly enjoyed. However, this time he didn't want her to stop. As he listened to her, he had a certain look in his eyes and MJ thinks that he is falling in love with her.

Daryl and Beth did have an emotional moment when they were drinking and he freaked out. It seems all of those emotions he kept bottled up finally came out and Beth was there to comfort him. While individually these things may not seem like a big deal, but Lopez says that when you put them all together, it makes the possibility of a Daryl/Beth romance more likely.

What do you think of Daryl and Beth possibly becoming a couple on "The Walking Dead?" Are you Team Caryl, Team Bethyl or do you prefer the crossbow zombie slayer by himself?
