Fans now know the whereabouts and condition of all the prison survivors from “The Walking Dead.” We’re all pretty excited to see what’s coming next for them. On Friday, February 21, Reddit spilled the beans again, providing fans with spoiler snippets for episode 11, “Claimed.” Below are spoilers if you are not caught up to “The Walking Dead” or wish to not know anything that’s to come.
According to the source, Michonne and Carl go search for supplies while Rick stays at the house for some much needed rest. Rick isn’t happy about this but is left with no choice. Michonne and Carl go inside a home and this is where Michonne unwraps the weird painting. The room she is about to enter but the promotional video cuts off contains bodies of dead children. The source doesn’t say if the children are dead or have reanimated into walkers.
Michonne shares with Carl the name of her son and about his passing. There are no flashbacks or images; she just has a moment with Carl. Meanwhile, while sleeping, Rick wakes up as he hears intruders coming into the house. He is hiding under the bed (just as shown in the promos) and hears a man named Tony and his friend Lou arguing about who sleeps in the bed. An altercation (and for his own safety) causes Rick to strangle Lou and hide him in the bathroom for him to turn. We can hear him reanimate and attack the rest of the group, Rick makes it out of the house in time.
A big focus on this episode is also Abraham and his group. Eugene is introduced as a scientist who knows the cause of the virus. Abraham tells Glenn and Tara that his main goal is to get Eugene to DC so he can help them solve this walker apocalypse. Glenn doesn’t seem to care much, telling Abraham that his main goal is to find Maggie. They fight over this and Abe tells Glenn that Maggie is “gone,” this is from the scene in the promo trailer. Proving not to be such a bad guy, Abe and his two friends help Glenn search for Maggie.
The episode closes with Rick, Carl, and Michonne finding a sign that reads “Sanctuary” on a train car. No other characters are on this episode. It looks like fans will be missing the other survivors yet again! Keep in mind that although Reddit has successfully spoiled synopses before, it’s not always correct.
