There are only two episodes left in season three of “The Walking Dead.” Fans of the walker apocalypse show are ready to see who will survive the Woodbury vs. Team Prison showdown. On Monday, March 18, Wet Paint dropped some major spoiler images, revealing a huge possible death.
A video was released on YouTube that contained several spoiler images for episode 15 “This Sorrowful Life.” The video was quickly removed, but not before several sources took screen shots. Note that these spoilers should be taken with a grain of salt, the images and spoilers have not been confirmed and for all anyone knows – they could be photoshopped, although they look like the real deal.
The images suggest that Merle won’t only be dying in “This Sorrowful Life,” but he will be turning into a walker. By the hands of the Governor, Merle will be killed after what appears to be an intense fight between the two. Images show Merle and the Gov struggling with each other, two fingers cut off Merle’s only hand, the Gov shooting him with his gun and a last picture shows the Gov chocking Merle. Finally, two other photos feature Merle as a walker. In one of the Walker-Merle photos, there appears to be someone in front of him – fans are speculating that this could be a shocked Daryl.
In a recent interview with MTV, star of “The Walking Dead” Andrew Lincoln (Rick), said, “The final few episodes…well, 15 is epic, and incredibly emotional. It’s one of my favorite episodes, as is 16.” Will Daryl have to put down his own walker-turned brother? If so, it really will be emotional, because if Daryl or Rick are sad, we’re all sad.
The spoilers are not over though, there is an image that shows Merle and a tied Michonne walking, possibly making their way to Woodbury. WetPaint spoils that Merle and Michonne teamed up to trick the Governor into thinking that he is giving up Michonne, in an attempt to kill the Gov when he least expects it.
