The group split up when they were forced to leave the prison and so each episode since its return has focused on a few of the smaller groups, and as the previews AMC released Sunday, Feb. 23, show, next week's episode of "The Walking Dead," 412, "Still," will return to what's going on with Daryl (Norman Reedus) and Beth (Emily Kinney).
The official description of this next "Walking Dead" reads, "Faced with the day-to-day survival of life outside shelter, a simple request by someone in the group leads to a bizarre but enlightening mission."
The last episode showed Abraham (Michael Cudlitz), Eugene (Josh McDermitt) and Rosita (Christian Serratos) join Glenn (Steven Yeun) and Tara (Alanna Masterson) in the search for Maggie (Lauren Cohan) after Eugene shot the truck up when facing walkers, and Rick (Andrew Lincoln), Michonne (Danai Gurira) and Carl (Chandler Riggs) were on the path to Terminus after a mysterious group of dangerous people invaded the house they had holed up in for the time being. Considering one of those men was played by Jeff Kober ("Sons of Anarchy"), at least he should be back at some point in the future.
"Inmates" saw Daryl and Beth on the road, and all the previews released for "Still" are about them. In the promo (above), they have to fight for their lives, and it looks like Daryl may be taking on the walkers himself while Beth hides. While it's hard to imagine the show killing off Daryl, it's hard not to be worried about him with what's going on and with Beth yelling his name. "If you don't have hope, what's the point of living?" She wonders, as it sounds like this episode will continue with her diary voiceovers.
AMC also released a sneak peek (here) showing Daryl and Beth each doing their part to keep their small group of two alive. Daryl's hunting (and has better luck going after a snake than he does a squirrel) and Beth's taking care of their camp.
Finally, in a second sneak peek shown at the end of "Talking Dead" (here), Daryl and Beth choose to hide in a car trunk on the side of the road rather than face walkers coming their way from the woods.
"The Walking Dead" season 4 airs Sundays at 9 p.m. on AMC. What do you think of these episode 12 "Still" sneak peeks?
