"The Voice" is getting ready for season four on Channel 12 in Tempe. On Sunday, Feb. 10, Singers Room shared the latest comments made by Usher about the upcoming season of the reality series. Usher is one of the new mentors on this season of "The Voice" on NBC, and the singer spoke about his mentoring style in a new interview with Christina Milan. He said the following, according to Singers Room:
"I'm an honest person. Two, I'm transparent. So if I feel some s**t, I'm going to tell you exactly what it is. If it's not right, I'm going to say listen, you can do better. I know (because) I've seen you do better."
Milan also asked Usher if fans will see a mentoring appearance by Justin Bieber during the season. He did tease that he would be bringing in some different talent to help him mentor this season, but he played coy about it. He said the following:
"I will keep you guessing, alive and lit."
Usher has mentored Justin Bieber since the start of his career. Fans are buzzing about the return of this series on social media. One fan said the following on Twitter recently:

"The Voice" will air its fourth season on Channel 12 in Tempe.
