The Village Market in Westchase, formerly known as West Park Bagel and Deli; located in the quaint West Park Village in West Tampa, is under new ownership again.
Marc Rose, who just over a year ago inspired the Westchase and West Park Village communities with the his Village Market, a community market based on customer service, quality products and reasonable pricing has handed off his creation to new owners.
In a recent discussion with Marc and the new owner, I learned some very interesting and exciting information about what will become of this West Park Village institution.
First and foremost, the entire establishment is going through a major transformation, from front to back, and from floor to ceiling. Gone are the microwave ovens, the World War Two era toaster and anything with a scratch on it. In fact, over the next few days, all new state of the art equipment will be rolling in the door for an entirely new experience.
The establishment is currently closed for renovation; but as soon as they open the door, in about two weeks, I will be on case and bring you full details of my exclusive interview with the new owner as well as pictures, and a complete recap of the menu, quality and value.
