The View fans await Behar's decision on Rachel Uchitel apology; plus this week's The View guest list

After taking Friday off for a pre-taped special, The View returns live Monday, December 14th with a "Day of Hot Topics" which will no doubt include more discussion of the Tiger Woods mistress scandal.  What The View fans are wondering most, though, is whether or not Joy Behar will issue the televised apology demanded by Tiger Woods Mistress #1 Rachel Uchitel. 

Joy Behar made a joke on Thursday's The View broadcast about Uchitel being a "hooker" and Uchitel demanded a public apology almost immediately.  ABC issued a written apology to Rachel Uchitel on Friday, but Uchitel's lawyer Gloria Allred has stated that the sexy NYC party planner who's in negotiations to pose for 'Playboy' wants a televised apology before she'll let go of threats to sue the popular morning talk show.
