In just one more week "The Vampire Diaries" returns from a long winter break with "After School Special" where Rebekah will be holding he own special brand of detention, 'The Breakfast Club' style. Klaus is going to make Jeremy very angry by endangering Matt in "Catch Me If You Can" and now we also have a sneak peek at episode 12: "A View To A Kill" (WetPaint, Jan 9).
Klaus and Rebekah will have a difference of opinion where Kol is concerned. While Klaus wants to keep Kol under thumb and away from Jeremy. Rebekah on the other hand could care less about the havoc the menacing Kol wants to commit: and part of that havoc is picking on Bonnie.
Klaus will ask Stefan to help protect Jeremy while he is learning to be the best vampire hunter that he can be. The original may may also stir the pot between Damon and Stefan who are already having issues, with the whole Elena thing and all. Klaus will also asks the older Salvatore brother for advice, possibly about a certain vampire he fancies? Stefan is going to save the day for Rebekah when the dance is cancelled.
Speaking of Stefan, TVGuide released this little tidbit: "It depends on how you look at it. Stefan definitely spirals a bit when he realizes the depth of Elena's feelings for Damon. But he'll drown his sorrows with the help of a hot blonde. But which hot blonde?" Hmmm... three guesses on who the hot blond is! I wonder how Elena will react?
A View To A Kill Synopsis: When Rebekah (Claire Holt) turns down Klaus’ (Joseph Morgan) plea to stop Kol (Nathaniel Buzolic) and protect Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen), Klaus turns to Stefan (Paul Wesley) for help. After an angry confrontation with her father, Mayor Hopkins (guest star Rick Worthy), over his unconventional approach to ending the violence in Mystic Falls, Bonnie (Kat Graham) has a frightening run-in with Kol, followed by an unexpected visitor. Klaus complicates the already tense feelings between Stefan and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) by revealing a bit of Stefan’s personal life, then surprises Damon by asking for personal advice. Elena (Nina Dobrev) tells Stefan about her dangerous plan for Jeremy, leaving Stefan in a difficult spot. When the high school’s 1980s Decade Dance is cancelled by Mayor Hopkins, Stefan finds a charming way to make it up to a disappointed Rebekah.
