The Vampire Diaries” season 5 finale airs Thursday night and fans cannot wait to tune in to see how things play out. Episode 5x22 is titled, “Home,” which definitely has people intrigued. Viewers want “The Vampire Diaries” spoilers, and the show's Facebook page dished out some teasers on Thursday.

What can fans expect from “Home” as it airs on May 15? “The Vampire Diaries” spoilers from Facebook show a picture of Stefan and tease, “The disintegration of the Other Side must be stopped.” It is said this is an explosive finale, and there is little doubt about that.

The big question is, can Stefan be brought back? Damon hasn't given up yet, and neither hve the fans. However, fans may not like the answer Stefan's portrayer, Paul Wesley, tweeted after the last episode. He wrote, “Stefan is done-zo. Sorry guys.” Can that really be it? People don't like that answer whatsoever and aren't giving up yet.

Just how explosive will the season 5 “TVD” finale be? Judging from the previews, literally quite explosive. Damon plans to utilize a gas line running through Mystic Falls to trigger “Project Kaboom,” and he's quite determined to pull off his plan. Is looks as if Mystic Falls about to be blown to smithereens.

Damon is seen in another “TVD” spoiler preview pressuring Bonnie to use her connections to change the course of things, but she isn't giving him the answers he wants.

How will it all end? It's looking quite likely fans will be left hanging, devastated or even both as episode 5x22 ends. Many people are already flooding social media worried that Stefan may be gone for good, but they're holding out hope for good news on that front.

Luckily “The Vampire Diaries” season 6 has already been given a renewal by the CW rather than a cancellation, so the show will be back in the fall. How will it all end this season? The season 5 “The Vampire Diaries” finale airs on Thursday, May 15 on the CW.
