Season four started with Elena becoming a vampire and changes in her relationship with Stefan and Damon. Just before the winter break fans watched as the only real stable relationship Elena has had since the start of the series combusted. Her brother, Jeremy became a hunter of the very thing Elena became. Jan. 12, 2013 Spoiler TV uploaded some more interesting details of what is to come from Jeremy's point of view.
Jeremy has a great internal battle on his shoulders. He knows he has to finish the tattoo (by killing vampires) which is said to lead them to the cure to vampirism. A cure he knows Elena needs. But with each kill his desire to hunt and kill the very creature his sister turned into. We know that Damon has stepped in to help him and so has Bonnie. We also know that there is some massive unfinished business between Bonnie and Jeremy and there are scenes to come to help that storyline along. As the story unfolds the rest of season four there is going to be a concern rise around the fact that the tattoo might not lead to a cure for the vampirism but rather lead the team into a great danger.
It is not easy to turn from average little brother into a super hero. In a recent interview Steven McQueen (who plays Jeremy) admitted that he is in training five hours a day with kickboxing and weight lifting and he is on a strict diet of chicken and broccoli. But in the end all the pain will be worth it because it is Jeremy's turn to be the hero this season.
