On Feb. 14, The CW released a new sneak peek preview and a set of promotional photos for "The Vampire Diaries" season 4, episode 15 "Stand by Me." Spoiler alert – turn away now if you don’t want to see what’s coming up on the show.
The preview (seen below) begins with Elena's chilling cry for her brother. She kneels beside him and tries to assure him, "You're going to be okay," but it doesn't look like Jeremy is doing well at all.
Dr. Fell is willing to help in any way she can and she asks Elena to release Jeremy's body to her. Elena is enraged and she pushes the doctor against a wall yelling, "He is not dead!" Even Damon remarks, "She is out of her mind."
Elena thinks that Bonnie can help bring her brother back. She pleads, "We need Bonnie. Find me Bonnie!" Will they be able to bring Jeremy back or is he gone forever?
The synopsis for this episode reads:
THE TERRIBLE TRUTH — When Stefan arrives back in Mystic Falls with Elena and Jeremy, Caroline is immediately worried about Elena’s state of mind. Stefan reaches out to Dr. Fell and Matt for help. Still on the island, Damon relays somber news to Rebekah, and is surprised at her reaction. Together, Damon and Rebekah learn an unexpected bit of recent history from Vaughn. Everyone is horrified when Bonnie reveals the rest of Shane’s plan. Finally, after Damon does his best to help her, Elena comes up with a plan of her own.
It’s going to be an exciting episode that you won’t want to miss, so be sure to tune in Thursday at 8 p.m. to West Palm Beach Comcast channel 4 (The CW) to see "The Vampire Diaries" season 4, episode 15, "Stand by Me."
