Last Thursday, the new and improved Big Tex was unveiled in time for the 2013 Texas State Fair to begin. After he went up in flames October 2012, there was much anticipation for his unveiling, but 'Big Tex' dropped his curtain a little earlier than expected before the big crowds arrived to Fair Park. Or maybe it was the wind.
