The Union Kitchen to host Weekend Family Easter Brunch

Paul Miller, owner of The Union Kitchen, will be hosting a Weekend Family Easter Brunch. The festivities will occur from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Saturday April 7 and Sunday April 8.

Along with hourly drawings for prizes, all children under 12 will be able to select an brunch party favor and choose from the special children’s menu, featuring the Easter Waffle and Jelly Donut Pancake.

“The Jelly Donut Pancake is three golden pancakes layered with strawberry preserves and whipped cream,” said executive chef Juan Arellano, “[The pancake is also] dusted with crystallized and powered sugar.”

Here is a look at The Union Kitchen Children’s Menu (All entrees $6):

  • Jelly Donut Pancake
  • Easter Waffle
  • Spaghetti with meatballs
  • PBJ Our Way - Bite-size sandwiches served with house-made chips
  • Pepperoni or cheese pizza
  • Mac-n-Cheese
  • Chicken tenders served with house-made chips
  • Kids Ravioli - Cheese ravioli with tomato sauce
  • Fettuccini Alfredo
  • Grilled cheese served with house-made chips
  • Mini Cheese Burger served with house-made chips

Adults will be able to order from the regular menu, which features four different styles of eggs benedict, a lobster omelet, a build-your-own Bloody Mary Bar, and carafes of mimosas.

The Union Kitchen features a unique global menu served in a casual atmosphere. Lunch menu focuses on sandwiches, wraps, and entree salads and burgers. At dinner, steaks, chops, chicken dishes and seafood take center stage and the thin-crust pizzas are baked in a hand-made brick-oven. The unique wine list has been hand-selected to complement the cuisine.
