The Undertaker returns to WWE Raw

The Undertaker, who made his debut for the WWE in 1990, returned to the company this evening at WWE Raw. The WWE has been hinting that The Undertaker could possibly return at this evenings "old school" theme Monday Night Raw.

The Undertaker was last seen by the WWE worldwide audience last year at Wrestlemania 28. The "Deadman" defeated Triple H in a Hell in a Cell match. Shawn Michaels, a former opponent of the Undertaker, served as the special guest referee for the bout. After last year's epic encounter, there were rumors that the Undertaker would not return to the ring. The long time veteran of the squared circle is well known to have a broken down body and is badly injured. Since Wrestlemania 28, the Undertaker has received two surgeries. Both procedures have caused Undertaker to lose time in the gym, resulting in an out of shape body.

The Undertaker made a surprise appearance last week at a house show in Waco, Texas. Undertaker teamed with Sheamus to defeat their opponents. The unannounced tag team contest was meant to serve as a trial for the Undertaker, to see if he could still go in the ring. With his return tonight at WWE Raw, the Undertaker must have felt he could give another good match at Wrestlemania 29.

It is expected that CM Punk will win his fatal four way bout tonight and secure his spot against The Undertaker at Wrestlemania 29. It is expected that the Undertaker will continue his undefeated streak, at the very least until next year's big Wrestlemania 30.
