Tonights Ultimate Fighter 10: The Heavyweights episode 9 marks the beginning of the quarter-final match ups between Team Rashad and Team Rampage. With Team Rampage having only one win in the preliminary fights, training partners from Team Rampage will be forced to face one another for their shot at becoming the Ultimate Fighter.

The first quarter-final bout will pit former IFL heavyweight champion and MMA veteran, Roy "Big Country" Nelson against his teammate, and MMA newcomer, Justin "The Viking" Wren. This match up will be an interesting one, with experience vs. determination, size vs. speed, and experience vs. youth. Will the youngest competitor on this seasons show be able to take out the most experienced, and arguably the most skilled fighter in the house?
