After a five year hiatus, the UFC will return to Ohio on May 10.

The event will take place at the US Bank Arena in downtown Cincinnati and the main card will air live on FOX Sports 1. The Cincinnati Enquirer was first to report the story on Tuesday evening and has since been confirmed by the UFC.

The last time the UFC hosted an event in the Buckeye State was in March 2009 in Columbus for UFC 96. In the night’s main event, “Rampage” Jackson defeated Keith Jardine in a three-round decision.

It has been almost seven years since the UFC has hosted an event in Cincinnati. The last event took place in Oct. 2007 when Anderson Silva successfully defended his middleweight title against Rich Franklin, who is from Cincinnati, at UFC 77.

Tickets for the event will go on sale March 21 at 10 a.m. ET.

No fights have been announced at this time but will be announced in the coming weeks.
