The Town Criers Continue to Poll the American Public on the Second Amendment in Historic St. Augustine, Florida
The Town Criers report that the Second Amendment right to bear arms is a very emotional issue for the American people. Obama’s assault on the Second Amendment and his collaborators in the Congress should take note that if they attempt to violate this basic Constitutional right, there will be widespread resistance.
Numerous people came up to the Criers indicating that they will not register or surrender their weapons regardless as to what comes out Washington. As you can see from the pictures, the public eagerly wished to show their resistance by posing for photographs. This is a small sampling of the photographs taken. Many photos were taken by the public and immediately put on Face-book.
Town Criers is Committee of the St. Augustine Tea Party and have been conducting similar activities for the past fifteen months. The City of St. Augustine hosts numerous visitors in its historic area from all over the Country. This provides the Criers will opportunity to sample the national opinion.
