Baltimore area health care providers and those who want to become successful health care providers, get your calendars out. Most of the high profile, must attend events have been set for the first quarter. and I've got them. Competing in this business we call health will get a lot harder in 2012 and the successful provider will want to be prepared. The response to that article was great however I received a lot of requests for more information. If you are a Maryland Residential Services Licensee or Provider of health care service, come learn to successfully supervise cases. This class teaches supervisory skills and charting neccessary to ensure compliance with Maryland's Private Duty Nursing Regulations. The class focuses on Pediatrics and Waiver programs. - Credentialing for Providers: February 10, 2012. Credentialing in home care can be tricky. - Maryland Office of Health Care Quality RSA Training: February 15, 2012. New regulations which will take effect on May 1, 2012. This traing will be held at Adventist Homecare in Silver Springs, MD (2p-4p). *Spoiler alert; This event is being held on the same day as the health leaders summit.
- The Annual Health Care Providers Upgrade Luncheon (JHU MT Washington Conference Center): March 8, 2012(1p-4p). Annual conference to update and educate providers regarding new and pending regulation, compliance affecting health care providers, and regulatory standards. This s the one you don't want to miss. It has everything and providers converge on this conference like crazy. if you can't attend both the JHU Leadership Conference and the Office of Health Care Quality RSA training, we strongly suggest you do the leadership conference and attend this conference to get the RSA info.
