The Top 3 Ways A Bride Should Wear Her Hair This Season

As an expert in my field, it is easy to determine which trends will catch on in this up and coming bridal season. Bridal hair is essential to a brides day, on a number of different levels. One, she will see this in her photos for years to come, Two it sets her overall tone, and Finally, it offers her assistance in promoting her first impression to those attending the wedding.

1. Vintage Waves: This can be done a number of different ways, one being the old school finger wave we all learned in beauty school. Or more typical, long and luscious waves with a birdcage to finish the look. It is easy to add this wave pattern into any style, so simply tell the person doing your hair for your wedding to add it in. If this is not something they are capable of doing and you want it, then find someone who can. This is not personal, its business. Serious business!

2. Texture: The 80’s and 90’s hair is coming back this year. Bring out your crimper and add some texture. If you are looking for big hair this is an excellent way for your stylist to add volume and fun to any style. It can be hidden underneath for some volume or the top of your head can be crimped for an overall outstanding look. Typically these styles have been braided, and somehow pinned in a more intricate manner.

3. Sock Bun: Yes, a sock. These sleek huge buns you have been seeing on peoples heads in fancy or not so fancy ways is simply referred to as a bun. However most of them have an actual sock in it. This look can actually be extremely amazing. By adding an upside down braid to the back, or doing two socks instead of one, these options make this simple look just that much better.

Keep in mind you are the client and you need to get what you want and what you pay for. Don’t settle for someone who can not achieve the level of greatness you require for your wedding look.

This is important, as important as any other vendor you choose for your special day
