I learned about Accelerated Learning from Dave Meier and hadn't heard of Lozanov. Interesting stuff! Goodness, the Internet deserves to be in the Top 10 in my book! But i'll be interested to read your Top 10.
Dave is very talented and articulates Accelerated Learning (AL) extremely well. I admire his work and we all are better for it. Georgi Lozanov is the creator of the theory and the father of AL. You may also be interested in the International Alliance for Learning. Their conference is in Houston this January.
