Many of the people associated with this fourth season of America’s Got Talent were stupid. Many of the Top 40 contestants were stupid to think they had million dollar talents, and the judges were even more stupid to have encouraged them into thinking this way.
The Texas Tenors have the opposite problem. They apparently think everyone else is stupid.
So far they have not been proven wrong. They did make it into the Top 20 after all.
The Tenors’ game strategy is very simple: Compensate for their shortcomings by deliberately hamming it up to pigheaded pride. It got them through the second round of quarter finals, but then again, this was also the round in which a frisbee dog who could only catch a frisbee two thirds the time was able to advance into the semifinals. Their lackluster competition practically handed the Tenors their spot in the Top 20 on a silver platter.
Now, however, the Tenors are due for a reality check. Of the ten acts passed into the first round of semifinals, seven qualify as spoiler acts, including the Tenors themselves. More specifically, they will be in a tight spot between the southern vote, which will most certainly be going to Kevin Skinner, and to a lesser extent, The Fab Five. They could ham it up to American pride again, but this vote is practically guaranteed to the Voices of Glory, who can stand as the pride of America without showering the audience with Gorgonzola.
In other words, the Texas Tenors are about to have their spoiler support pulled right out from under them. They made it this far by hamming it up to biased voters, but the aforementioned biased voters have already prematurely crowned several of the acts they will be competing against on September 1st. While it is not entirely clear which of the other spoiler acts will suffer as a result of having to compete with the Tenors, but you can rest assured that the fans of those acts will hold the Tenors responsible for it in the end.

WOW!!!!!!!! Could you be any more shallow than that? Maybe you should try some bitter herb for that bitter attitude you have. The Texas Tenors have made it a bit closer to the finnish line then you have. Why don't yo try getting up there on stage for a while. Apparently they have more talent then you thought because they have come this far.
Boy, have you got it all wrong!!! The Texas Tenors are fabulous and they got my votes. Kevin Skinner is a very close second but there are a zillion country singers out there. The Texas tenors have a unique sound... AND...they're all quite handsom!! I think they've got a chance at grabbing the golden ring! I'd pay to see them in Vegas!

One of the the Texas Tenors is from Iowa. Iowa put Shawn Johnson over the top in DWTS. Don't count out the Tenors.
