They're worth working it out for. Tiger with wife, Elin, and daughter Sam. AP
For those of you who've been following the story with gleeful anticipation, Tiger Woods has admitted he "transgressed", (that means he stepped outside his marriage) not with Rachel Uchitel, but with one-time reality TV contestant, Jaimee Grubbs.
It seems Tiger is every bit human afterall. I give credit where it's due, however, since he's not speaking out further and is handling his personal matter the way it should be handled, between him and his wife, Elin. In his own words, Tiger says "I've let down my family". Truer words have never been spoken as Woods realizes that satisfying a Tiger's hunger is not worth the price to be paid.
Now, for all the people who are disappointed in Mr. Woods for doing what so many married men have done for ages, allow me to explain one important detail in this sad saga. The affair most likely meant absolutely nothing to Tiger beyond a physical moment. Men think of sex in an entirely different manner than women. For women, sex it tied to emotions. For men, sex is an act that feels good and relieves stress. In a perfect world, men get to feel good and relieve stress with the women they married, but when a relationship goes stale, cold, or the wife is unavailable perhaps because she is pregnant and no longer in the mood, men will look outside the marriage to satisfy physical desire. I don't condone this, but I'm realistic.
What men need to learn to do is convey this need to their wives in open communication; not just go out and get some on the side. Men are not great communicators, but they need to learn, for the sake of the health of their marriages.
As for Ms. Grubbs, she's shown not only a complete lack of moral values, but also that she has absolutely no class. Seriously, did you hear the mouth on her when she was interviewed? A mouth like that is good for only one thing...being used as the sewer it is!
