The Tavern Company (2260 Lee Road, Cleveland Heights, Ohio 44118) is a relaxed tavern in Cleveland Heights that sits modestly among big names like The Stone Oven and Anatolia Cafe. The menu is varied, with appetizers like wing ($10), flatbreads ($11-$12) and calamari ($11) and salads for the hungry, like the chopped iceburg ($4-$6), chicken salad ($11) or the salmon salad ($13). The sandwiches are, at times, delicate like the smokey apple ($9) and the portabella caprese wrap ($10) or hearty like the BDG burger ($10) and the meatball sub ($9).
