The Museum of Discovery and Science’s auxiliary , Friends of MODS, will host “The Sweet Soiree: The Science of Chocolate” at the Museum of Discovery and Science on May 13, 2014 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. This ‘sweet’ celebration with Club 211 will highlight all things chocolate!

“Friends of MODS is excited about The Sweet Soiree," stated Friends of MODS Auxiliary Chairman, Nila Do Simon. "It will showcase uniques samples by Hoffman’s Chocolate, interactive chocolate science demos, and just about everything chocolate! It is a great mix of networking with our friends from Club 211, science, and of course chocolate! What’s not to love?”

The price of admission to The Sweet Soiree includes access to the lavish champagne reception, delicious chocolate samples, courtesy of Hoffman’s Chocolate, specialty cocktails, coffee provided by Keurig and scrumptious hors d’oeuvres. Tickets are $30 for Friends of MODS and Museum members and $40 for non-members. Guests can also register to become members of the Friends of MODS group that evening.
