The Sun Room open house free yoga and more, April 17, in the Mission, San Francisco

The Sun Room is an offshoot of Mission Yoga, in The Mission District, conveniently located just 4 blocks from Bart at 2390 Mission Street (3rd Floor.) This warm-fuzzy space was specifically created to house affordable, easily accessible yoga, martial arts, aerial arts, and special events. This Saturday, April 17, The Sun Room is holding an Open House, from 8 AM to 4 PM.

This will be an opportunity to taste-test everything from yoga to Tai Chi:

Tai Chi 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.
Vinyasa Yoga 9:45 - 11:15 a.m.
Stretch 11:30 - 1:00 p.m.

There will be breath-taking martial arts and dance demos from 1:15 - 2:15 p.m.

Quantum Martial Arts session: 2:15 - 4:00 p.m.
