Dictionary.com defines the word Eden as "a delightful place; a paradise. A state of innocence, bliss, or ultimate happiness." That is exactly what comes to mind while looking at the images made by Eden Crane Design.
There is a new book cover designer in town and there is no denying that she has pure talent and a genuine gift for design. Eden Crane got into graphic design when her mother pushed her to make her a book cover.
In Eden's own words, "Last summer I was visiting my dad in Alaska for three months, which can get incredibly boring when everyone works and I can't drive, so I decided to take up Photoshop. I did tons of tutorials on photo manipulation, and when my mom, Julia Crane, saw them she asked me to do her cover for Freak of Nature."
The cover she made for Julia Crane was such a success that Eden got book cover design requests from big name authors such as Lizzy Ford (she has done a few beautiful covers for Ford, and is continuing to work with her).
After checking out her designs and seeing how professional she is, you would never guess that Eden is just a teenager who "spends a lot of time at the wind tunnel practicing for when I get my skydiving license. I also spend a lot of time with friends eating tofu and playing Monopoly."
Eden Crane's cover images aren't all she has to offer. She also does logos, advertisement photos, swag design, and she is even venturing into designing blogs for authors and bloggers alike. Eden Crane Design is starting to become very popular; there is no denying that her work is her best advertisement.
