Christian singer-songwriter Karla Bauer is an extraordinarily beautiful and talented woman. But it wasn't until she had a born again experience in September of 1999 that she dedicated her gifts to the building of the Kingdom.
Born again
In 1999 Karla Bauer received salvation and was born again after the death of her father. Six years later she had seven life altering events occur simultaneously that transformed her life and contributed to the inspiration behind Always. The Holy Spirit guided Karla to share the spiritual strength she gained from these experiences through her skills as a singer-songwriter.
Always
Karla originally wrote Always when she was a twelve year old girl. The final version wasn't crafted until 2005 after she was inspired by Hebrews 13:5.

As her first song, Always launched Karla's music career, and was nominated for KCCM Song of the Year in 2009. Her goal is for Always to reach into the hearts of the unsaved and draw them to the Lord.

Today Karla Bauer is a successful professional independent music artist performing primarily in the genres of Contemporary Christian Rock and Holiday. She has been named 2011 Sing National Finalist, awarded KCCM 2010 Best Pop Music Artist, and nominated for KCCM 2008 Artist of the Year. Her CD collection includes When Your Eyes Open and Hope is Alive.
