The amusing jingle probably resonates not only with anyone who has ever served coffee for a living but also with anyone who has had the displeasure of working in the customer service industry. According to the Boston Herald, Christopher Cristwell " . . . expressed no regrets over recording the song or making it public." Who knows, maybe this could be the start of a new career.
