The Spiritual gifts we bring back from a near death experience (Photos)

Continued from the previous article...

Another blessed gift is that we may bring back is a need to change the life you lived before the death experience. Very few have experienced hell. But, if they do, it is more of a warning to see the pits of hell. This near death experience is definitely a life changer for that person. At times, I wonder if those journeys with the horrific sights of hell are strong learning experiences. I do not feel that the Lord wants us to go into hell and gives us second chances. Ah, if only Hitler had experienced this type of warning.

As many others, I came back from my own near death experience with an even greater passion and need to see, experience and feel nature with a new, more colorful beauty. The same love and appreciation of people in my life and across the world was as if the mind’s puzzle pieces had all come together in an exquisite, inseparable painting of my world. The love for all animals was increased a thousand times over.

Many times, after a near death experience, one can almost in their mind’s eye, see through people – not literally, but in a different way. A very mean person is still one of God’s creations, yet holding on to very personal hurting in their souls. For those near death survivors who have felt the love of Christ, we may be initially hurt by their actions. But we begin to understand that it is not we who have caused the “anger,” (hopefully,) but the actions come from a damaged soul inside. That seems to be one of the gifts we bring back with us. We love them from afar and pray for their deliverance from their pain.

A friend of mine, Gina, came back with an incredibly heightened sense of self-knowledge, love for humanity and as a writer and author, she returned with highly developed and extremely moving writings than ever before. I've read them. Her near death experience memories come back in bits and pieces and continues to do so. Perhaps, she was not meant to remember everything fully all at one time. He has a reason to give Gina small bits of her journey which we may not understand.

You will meet Gina in a later article as you will Chaplain Steve Brown, another accomplished author and near death experience traveler.

So, if you didn't experience any of these "scientific criteria" other than out-of-body, this does not mean you weren’t having real near death visions and memories. But, through all near death experiences, most of us come back with gifts that cannot be explained. The gift may be a need to change your life, a God-given intense love for all His creations and a golden coin in your life - one of pure faith, love, peace, light, understanding and a strong belief in another life after this earthly life.

Please feel free to comment. I would love to hear about any NDE experiences and gifts from your journey.
