Superb graphics and the amazing moves of Jet Li explode onto the screen in “The Sorcerer and the White Snake.”
Due in theaters on February 8, 2013, Magnolia pictures delivers the action and drama one would expect from a Jet Li film. The movie was released in China in 2011.
A young doctor falls in love with a woman. The woman turns out to be a 1,000 year old snake demon known as Madame White Snake. She devours the man’s soul and there is only one who can save him.
Director Siu-Tung Ching is behind the wheel for this eye-candy motion picture. The stunning graphics and imagery of “The Sorcerer and the White Snake” makes it worth watching, even for those who are not Jet Li fans.
