The Sky This Week ~ March 22, 2010
Aries glyph ~ Ram
The sky this week begins with the power of the sun taking charge and bringing more light full speed ahead for the next six months after moving into Aries this past Saturday at 1:32 pm EST on the spring equinox. The moon ruling our emotional and habitual natures will be in Gemini, the curious communicator, making for a chatty and movable start to the work week. The moon will go void-of-course with flat energy at 9:49 pm EST slowing down the Gemini quickness and then will enter Cancer, the emotional nurturer and home sign of the moon at 2:16 am EST on Tuesday.
Tuesday and Wednesday the moon will remain in her home sign of Cancer the sentimental nurturer. Tuesday marks the 2nd quarter moon, in which the sun and moon are at a 90 degree angle or square to one another, therefore making for the moon to be half light and half dark. This is a good check point to see what progress you’ve made since you made your new moon intention last week on the 15th. Cancer moons are nice times to reminisce by working on a scrapbook, connecting with your mother, or sharing stories with your family over a home cooked meal.
Thursday the moon will have been void-of-course overnight and will enter the proud performer sign of Leo at 5:39 am EST. Thursday and Friday while the moon is in the entertainment sign of Leo it is a nice time to be out, be seen, and get attention. Time expressed creatively and especially with children is favored during times of Leo energy.
Saturday the moon will be void-of-course from 3:04 am EST and will enter Virgo, the detailed server, at 6:57 am EST. The moon will remain in this critical thinking and service oriented sign until the earlier hours of Monday morning. Virgo moons are nice times to organize, concentrate on health matters, and clean any messes left over from the previous activities of other signs and their energies. Be curious, stay nurturing, have fun, get cleaning and….change the color of your paradigm (SM).
