Actress Nia Long and her co-stars from “The Single Moms Club” stopped by “The Arsenio Hall Show” Monday night to promote their new film. The comedy-drama which opens later this week stars Long, Amy Smart, Cocoa Brown, Wendi Mclendon-Covey and Zoulay Henao as five mothers from various backgrounds who form a bond after an incident at their kids' school.
The actresses said that although they didn’t have enough time to get to know each other the chemistry audiences will see in the movie is real. In a hilarious clip from “Arsenio” they revealed how glasses of fake wine on the set helped the bonding process.
In addition to appearing on “The Arsenio Hall Show” the cast gathered at the film’s red carpet premiere at the Arclight Cinemas in Los Angeles. Other stars in attendance included singer Macy Gray, actor Michael Ealy and football player Vernon Davis.
Tyler Perry’s “The Single Moms Club” which also stars Perry, Terry Crews, William Levy, Eddie Cibrian and Ryan Eggold debuts in theaters around the country on Friday, March 14.
