The Shop Addicts Fashion Binge was amazing at its third annual Fashion Night Out event held at The Arena in NYC. The beauty and fashion shopping event benefitted The Project Ladybug Foundation, which was founded by Dina Manzo of BRAVO's Housewives of New Jersey and now HGTV’s Dina’s Party, to enrich the lives of
children with life threatening diseases.
Guests, including members of the press were pampered with scrumptious hors d’ovueres by Fabulous Food Event Designers catered by Fred Luberto, an intimate wine tasting affair by NY Wine Salon and delectable sweets by Kissing Cakes. Pampering beauty fashion retreats were available to guests, such as, but not limited to spa and laser treatments by world-renowned shops Laser Cosmetica, Esthetic Resources and American Laser who came together in support of Project Ladybug. Flawless makeovers by Chic Studio NYC was in high demand with their famous lash extensions. Fundraising efforts was supported by She by SoCap USA who provided signature red hair extensions for Project Ladybug along with a silent auction bidding on an array of amazing vacation trips and designer gifts, and tickets to New Spring 2012 shows compliments of The Style Guru Fashion & Beauty Blog. Fashion brands such as Cosy Corp, makers of fine and costume jewelry, Glamour Shots provided guests with glamours fashion shoots, and super trendy Bloog Planet created a sophisticate electronic smoke cessation lounge.
The 2012 indie fashion show was indeed spectacular, which featured creative emerging designers along with beauty industry guru, the fabulous Gregory Purcell on hand to provide hairstyling and creative direction to the talented stylists of StylEast. Creative emerging designers such as Xiomara Creations, displayed her intricate handmade knit wear ensembles of unique silhouettes of gowns, suits, skirts, tops, bikinis and her celebrity-favored ponchos
was unforgettable. Erin Shaw displayed her extravagant Avant-Garde spring 2012 collection, which was incredibly creative, unique, chic, trendy and fashion forward. Jewels of the Ocean's pieces of its Spring 2012 diamond, sapphire and ruby bauble collection was very luxurious. Fashion’s foundation was highlighted by celebrity-adored designer Jeannie Manzo who turned fashion inside out with her intimate yet sophisticated Into-the-Skinny wears.
The fundraising efforts for Project Ladybug continues the entire month of September with an on-line auction bidding page at www.shopaddicts.com as well as through various social media platforms.
Shop Addicts Fashion & Beauty Binge was founded by fashion insider, editor, writer, entrepreneur, philanthropist and New York City native, Dee Rivera, and was created to serve the socially conscience Glamourati’s and Fashionista’s of the world.
