"The Shelter Sampler" will be a monthly event featuring music and celebrating the eclectic tastes of Michigan. Brought to you by Grand Circus Media and Livenation, the inaugural event takes place on June 29 at St. Andrews Hall in Detroit and will feature Shorts Brewing Company, Small Plates Detroit, and the music of The Ragbirds.
Shorts Brewing Company of Bellaire, Michigan will feature three unique and tasty brews including:
Nicie Spicie - American Wheat Ale with orange zest, lemon zest, coriander, and peppercorns.
Pandemonium Pale Ale - Copper colored hoppy American Pale Ale lends its hue to hearty two row malts and hand selected specialty grains.
Bellaire Brown – A full flavored brown ale that derives its sweet caramel and toasted quality from four different kinds of malt and specialty grains.
Small Plates will feature their delectable potato sliders.
And all of this will be accompanied by music from the Ann Arbor folk/rock outfit The Ragbirds.
Tickets are $15, doors open at 9:00 p.m., 18 and up are welcome. Tickets are available at the St. Andrews Hall box office, online at Livenation.com, and at UHF Records in Royal Oak.
