A look at the best cities for staying young has three New England cities on its list of 25. More than 28 million people ranked America’s largest cities to find where the best places to stay young were.
Two dozen factors went into choosing these cities. The factors include low stress, lack of smoking, diet and exercise. These four equal lower rates of high cholesterol, lower rates of high blood pressure, and lower rates of diabetes.
Number 7 is Boston, MA where we have a combination of physical activities and brains.
