The secret of emotional healing

What does it really mean to become emotionally healed? To become emotionally healed is to find out what is causing your depression, anxiety, free, guilt, anger, and other hurtful feelings. It is learning about and healing these painful feelings and not letting them lead to addictions or other means of escape. It means that you know how to love yourself and share that love with others rather than trying to get love and approval from others.
