The second round of the Bergen County Tournament will be exciting

Eight good games will be played on February 1, 2014 in the second round of the Bergen County Tournament. The following are the most anticipated games:

Saddle River Day (8th seed) vs. Demarest (9th seed)
Both teams contain players with a variety of offensive skills and strong defense. Last year Saddle River Day defeated Demarest in the first round. This year will be a good rematch.

Midland Park (7th seed) vs. Westwood (10th seed)
The players on both teams present good competition for each other. Both starting senior point guards, Jess Potestivo (Westwood) and Rebecca Rabeiro (Midland Park) bring different elements to the game. Center's Nicole Cartaino (Midland Park) and Jaide Hinds-Clarke (Westwood) are big forces in the paint. Freshman Samantha McClutchy (Westwood) and Veronica Pantale (Midland Park) can play both inside and out.

Ridgefield Park (5th seed) vs. Ramapo (12th seed)
Both teams bring much athleticism to the game. They push the ball up the court and look to score off fast breaks. They can also slow down into a half-court-offense.
