‘The second stage of the four stages of transmutation involves the mechanism of spoken (expressed) thoughts. It is generally known and believed that at least some of YHWH’s thoughts were spoken, not only because Holy Writ declares it but because we can physically see, taste, hear, smell and touch some of those thoughts that were spoken by the Divine and that were then transmuted into a reality that is physically visible. For example, “Let there be light”, and so on.
This is also where the principle of immutability comes into play. When the Divine speaks it is vastly different from our own limited and fallible creative speaking: when the Divine speaks forth, the creative and genetic-like thought codes (divine intentions-will) embedded therein cannot be stopped. The prophet Isaiah (55:11) penned this about the Divine’s spoken words, ‘so shall My Word be, which goes out of My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall certainly do what I sent it to do.’
This is why when YHWH speaks an oath (or anything) it is immutable (Hebrews 6:18). There is an irreversible and unstoppable code-instruction-intention (a creative force/power-divine will) embedded within YHWH’s spoken seed-like word (logos-debarim) that creatively transmutes into a spiritual-physical equivalent that precisely matches the immutable predetermined-spoken thought code, no matter how long it takes.’
