Ahead of their upcoming E! series, U.K. group The Saturdays premiered a music video for “What About Us” on Friday. The clip marks the girls' debut in the U.S. and features them frolicking in Hollywood.
“Team Sats! The 'What About Us' video has arrived! Watch it NOW!” they wrote on Twitter about the video's premiere.
The “What About Us” video opens with a sky shot of Hollywood, CA. In very trendy outfits, The Saturdays shop around and walk the city streets. The five girls then sing around a pool and hit up a bar for a game of pool with some guys. Breaking into a baseball field, the stateside clip culminates to the group performing a dance routine under the dim lights of America's favorite pastime.
The Saturdays are a big group in their native country and now they are making an attempt to break the U.S. market. The electropop “What About Us” is the girls' first single in the states, so far peaking at No. 27 on Billboard's dance chart.
To further put the group's name out there, The Saturdays will star in their own E! reality series. “Chasing the Saturdays” will premiere January 20th on the cable network.
