It looks like the Palin's are yet getting prepared for another divorce within their family. Sarah Palin's sister-in-law has filed for divorce from James Palin according to TMZ on Dec. 31. This will make the second divorce within the Palin family that has been filed in 2012.
Wendy Palin filed for divorce from James Palin, brother of Sarah's husband Todd Palin, in Alaska back in the summer. The reason for the divorce in the papers stated "Incompatibility temperament". Wendy stated that James was impossible to live with.
Wendy has asked for sole legal custody and primary physical custody of their daughter that was born in 2002. James has already filed a response asking for joint custody of their daughter. The hearing is set for January. Until the hearing Wendy will have primary custody and James will have visitation as long as he has not consumed any alcohol 24 hours prior to the visitation.
This announcement of another divorce within the Palin family comes after the announcement that Track and Britta Palin filed for divorce in Alaska on Dec. 1. Track and Britta were only married for 18 months and have a one year old daughter. Britta currently has physical custody of their daughter and they share legal custody.
Wendy Palin and James Palin were married in 2000 and separated in July 2012. Hopefully this will be the last divorce within the Palin family for quite some time.
