The Sacramento SPCA Adoption Outreach

The Sacramento SPCA’s mobile adoption unit is a mini-adoption center on wheels that travels to plazas, shopping centers, parks and festivals throughout the Sacramento area to make pet adoption even easier. Adoption Specialist Marnie Musser and her volunteers bring an assortment of appealing animals to different locations throughout the county with the hope of finding the animals on display a loving family. There purpose is also to communicate, educate, and bring public awareness about local animal welfare issues. They answer questions, foster a humane attitude toward animals in our community and collect donations for the SPCA’s many charitable programs, as well as brighten the lives of many people, just by being there.
