If Garland's event on Saturday isn't enough to cool of your dogs, The Wet Zone in Rowlett has the cure. Sunday, August 21st is the Pooch Plunge from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Come on out to the Wet Zone Water Park and let your puppies play again. This one is sponsored by Friends of Rowlett Animals, and what you pay at the door will go to support rescued dogs. Of course, just like every other event, your dog must have a current rabies tag or certificate to get in.
The Wet Zone is at 5304 Main Street in Rowlett, Texas. This is the first water park event of the year.
