The role that sugar plays in bullying

Through a great deal of painstaking research, which has also involved face to face interviews, I have been able to determine that sugar often plays an unintended role in bullying.

Children of varying ages that have developed an undiagnosed and untreated sugar addiction and/or blood sugar problem after being innocently exposed to sweets and also to pure white refined table sugar by their parents and also by other well-meaning adults including teachers and grade school and high school principles; will quite often exhibit unpleasant behaviors that are consistent with drug addicted individuals that will lie and steal and assault others in order to satisfy their underline addiction and cravings.

A great deal of the bullying that often takes place on the playground and inside the classroom and inside the boys’ and girls’ restroom and locker room often involves children that are obese and that are heavily addicted to white refined sugar and who are seeking away to satisfy their cravings for sugar, which is why many of the bullies will demand the lunch money of their victims in addition to demanding that the frightened child that is being secretly bullied bring them some cookies or some candy in exchange for not being beaten up. Most of the children that are acting out and that are committing violent bullying acts against their fellow students have no idea why they are doing what they’re doing, but instantly feel a whole lot better immediately after they have the opportunity to consume something sweet.

Some of the bullies are suffering from low blood sugar and don’t even realize it like the bullies that were at my grade school and who became a totally different person after eating a handful of cookies or candy. After the sweets were consumed by the bully the combativeness quickly subsided right along with the tension that could be seen in their faces.

Some children have Type II Diabetes and result to inexplicable bullying acts after they become irritable and tired and somewhat frustrated with their immediate surroundings as well as a little paranoid after their blood sugar rises above 200 or after it dips to the 80s or the 90s or to the low 70s which can be dangerous if not lethal. The calamitous extremely low fat high carbohydrate diets that are essentially animal protein deprived (i.e., that lack bacon and eggs and other slow burning proteins) and that were essentially forced on the unsuspecting American market through clever marketing schemes that were paid for by the various sweet manufacturing companies that wanted to make a profit off of sweets have proven disastrous due to the illnesses and due to the violent acts that can be associated with unstable blood sugar levels that did not exist in the numbers that they are found in today since every meal consisted of protein fat and fiber instead of nothing but carbohydrates.

Some bullies are ruled by unspoken biological changes that no one in the adult world is paying attention to since they simply believe that it is natural for their children to put on ‘Baby Fat’ and that it will go away once the child gets older. These same nutritionally challenged parents seem not to understand that their child’s rapid weight gain as well as the need for prescription glasses are directly related to unstable blood sugar levels and they also don’t understand that white refined sugar is wreaking havoc inside their child’s body that’s becoming increasingly exhausted, which is causing frequent mood swings and violent bullying acts.

Not all bullies have problems with unstable blood sugar levels, however, a great deal of them do, and until the issue of unstable blood sugar levels is properly addressed with respect to children that bully one another on the playground and inside the classroom and inside the restroom and inside the locker room, nothing will get better for those that are being secretly bullied by a child that doesn’t fully understand his or her actions since they simply don’t understand what’s causing the acute mood swings that have them doing certain things that some of them feel sorry for doing once their blood sugar level starts to level out hours after they have finished bullying another child.
