The Rock Dwayne Johnson makes Wrestle Mania XXVII appearance [video]
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson made his first WWE "Raw" appearance in over seven years on February 14, 2011 as the guest of honor. Johnson left wrestling in 2004 to become an actor. A goal that he has had much success with.
Cincinnati sports fan Tyler H stated"It was good to see The Rock back in his original element. This guy has so much talent he can accomplish what ever he sets his mind to. I miss seeing Johnson in the ring, but I really enjoy his movies. "The Other Guys" is one of my favorite movies."
Since Dwayne Johnson's departure from wrestling, other wrestlers have followed his lead leaving and returning to the ring. Athletes such as "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, but wrestling fans have always held "The Rock" closest to their hearts anxiously anticipating the day Johnson would make his way back to the sport in one form or another.
MTV reported that the show is hinting of the possibility of having a host at the Wrestle Mania XXVII at the Georgia Dome on April 3,2011. That celebrity host is to be announced later this week while fans are believing that Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson will be the host announced despite rumors that have circulated the Internet that Bob Barker or even teen idol Justin Bieber would be in the running to host.
To keep the hype going the producers even hinted that the host wold be female, but during the big show the stadium went completely black, followed by a lightening storm production and "The Rock's" theme entrance music began while the superstar entered the ring for his first appearance in seven years causing the crowd to go wild.
Dwayne Johnson fell back into wrestling character mode without a glitch giving a 15- minute speech telling the crowd why he decided to come back and even began the smack down talk challenging top superstars Jon Cena and the champion The Miz.
At this date it remains a mystery as to whether Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson will actually return to competing in the ring but it definitely has fans excited to see their favorite wrestler back in his true form and it has created quite a buzz around the water cooler today.

The Rock finally returned to the WWE and he will finally breathe some new life into this product. I read on http://pwrestlingnews.com what John Cena plans are for The Rock on next weeks Raw. I didn't want to spoil it for anyone so you'll have to go to the website to read it. But it's about time Cena turned full fledge heel!
