The Rob Holbert Group - heating things up, smoothing things out

As we bundle up against the bitter cold and deal with all the hustle-bustle madness leading up to Christmas day, many of us find ourselves in need of a little warmth and relaxation.

Never fear...the smooth jazz stylings of the Rob Holbert Group have got us covered.  Fresh off yet another successful Denim and Black Thanksgiving Bash (he does this concert/party annually in his hometown of Waco, Texas) Rob and his group have been gigging almost non-stop.  But they are doing a number of  private parties and corporate-type functions (cha-ching) of late, so seize the opportunity to catch them in action at an open-to-the-public performance this week.  You are guaranteed to thaw out, relax, and then get up and shake something!

The Rob Holbert Group will play Thursday, December 17th at Ovation Dining and Entertainment, and the show begins at 8:30 p.m.  Ovation is located at 6115 Camp Bowie Boulevard, Ste. 112, Fort Worth, Texas 76116.  You may phone them at 817.732.8900, or visit their website at www.ovationrestaurant.com.

Rob and the band will also play Saturday afternoon, December 19th at La Buena Vida Winery from 2:00 p.m. til 5:00 p.m.

La Buena Vida is located at 416 E. College Street, Grapevine, Texas 76051.  Phone them at 817.481.WINE (9463).
