The Ritz-Carlton Spa & Wellness Center, Charlotte announces five special new treatments for the holidays, offered in a serene penthouse setting where imaginative gifts, stocking stuffers and Ritz-Carlton gift cards are also available for holiday shoppers. Complementing its full menu of massages, facials, body treatments, manicures and pedicures, The Ritz-Carlton Spa & Wellness Center’s five holiday experiences offer hydration, brightening and relaxation, and utilize some of the fall’s most effective treatment ingredients. Guests booking a spa experience at The Spa & Wellness Center enjoy access to complimentary parking at the hotel as well as to the complete facilities of The Spa & Wellness Center.
The following holiday treatments, services and specials are offered through December 31, 2012 unless otherwise specified:
Facials:
Holiday Pumpkin Peel (25 minutes) $70: Brightens and transforms the skin with luscious pumpkin, bringing new hydration in time for the chill of winter.
Cranberry and Pomegranate Facial (50 minutes) $120: The acclaimed anti-oxidant properties of pomegranate combine with the toning power of cranberries to generate results-oriented renewal for tired, aging or sun-damaged skin.
Massage and Body Treatments:
Cranberry and Pomegranate Sugar Scrub (50 minutes) $130: Brushes and polishes dull, uninspired skin with rich and rejuvenating essences of the season, followed by a moisturizing massage.
Hot Stone Massage (75 minutes) $175: The warmth of heated stones penetrates and relaxes muscles, easing body tension and helping to increase circulation. Guests may select from three scents of the season, including:
Cinnamon-Clove -- Warms the soul and refreshes
Frankincense -- Relaxes the soul and detoxifies
Peppermint --Restores the soul and revitalizes
Fall Back in Love (80 minutes) $380: Two guests will enjoy an 80-minute massage in the serenity of a spacious spa couple’s room. Two complimentary glasses of Champagne are included.
Nail Services:
Bourbon Vanilla Manicure & Pedicure (70 minutes) $100: An indulgent experience which includes a bourbon and vanilla aroma exfoliation, followed by a sweet vanilla cream massage and application of a favorite color of the season
Weekday Specials:
Winter Indulgence – Available Tuesday through Thursday: Guests can unwind with the warmth of a Southern Hot Stone massage and favorite holiday scent, a Cranberry and Pomegranate Sugar Scrub or Facial and/or a holiday Pumpkin Peel. A 15% savings is offered on each of these selections.
Holiday Spa Events and Promotions:
October 30, 2012 Trick or Treatment Party: An evening of Halloween beauty and fun at The Ritz-Carlton Spa & Wellness Center, where a massage therapist will personally assist guests in achieving balance. The evening features chair massages including a tranquilizing scalp massage, hand scrubs, trick-or-treat gifts and samples from Eminence, ME! Bath, Epicuren, Laboratory of Flowers and The Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte’s Bar Cocoa. The $30 event fee also includes valet parking, full access to the facilities of The Spa & Wellness Center, 20% savings on spa retail purchases during the event, drinks and light hors d’oeuvres.
November 23-25, 2012 Black Friday Weekend Sale: A relaxed way to holiday shop, this special three-day event offers 25% savings on all spa retail purchases.
December Event – The Ritz-Carlton Gift Card: Available December 1 to 24, a signature Honey Chocolate ME! Bath Ball from The Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte will be presented by The Spa 7 Wellness Center to every purchaser of a $200 Ritz-Carlton Gift Card, which is valid for stays, dining, spa and recreation experiences at many Ritz-Carlton hotel and resorts worldwide. The ME! Bath Ball is a flavorful, moisturizing scoop of luxury perfect for bringing the spa bath environment into one’s own home.
