The Rink at Wade Oval lets you take a spin on the ice

Clevelanders have the chance to enjoy some old fashioned ice skating with family and friends from now through February 18 at the Rink at Wade Oval, the only outside skating rink in Cleveland.

The Rink at Wade Oval Located at University Circle in front of the Cleveland Museum of Art, the Rink at Wade Oval is offering free skating to all guests. If you don't have your own skates, fear not, for skates can be rented for $3.

The Rink is open on weekends from now through February 17. Hours are noon - 7 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and noon - 5 p.m. on Sundays. The Rink at Wade Oval will also be open on MLK Day (Monday, January 21) and on President's Day (Monday, February 18) from noon - 5 p.m. Hours may be adjusted because of weather conditions.

Coffee and hot chocolate will be available for purchase at the Wade Oval Information Center.

New This Year The Rink at Wade Oval now has a fresh ice surface. Previously, the rink was made of a polymer surface.
