The 'RHOBH' cast bands together in an effort to get raises ahead of season five

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" cast are currently in negotiations with Bravo for the upcoming fifth season of the series, and according to reports, the four returning women, Lisa Vanderpump, Kyle Richards, Brandi Glanville, and Yolanda Foster, are hoping to get top dollar by banding together.

“Bravo loves the nucleus of these four women, even when they’re fighting with each other! They always bring drama and glamor to the show. The network has resolved that it wants to bring them back,” a source revealed to Radar Online on March 10.

“The Beverly Hills cast want more money and they’re hoping that because their ratings were so high this season, the network will buckle and pay them more,” said the source. “Lisa, Brandi and Kyle are all smart business women and they’re going to play hardball with the network. Brandi has said that she wants to make the $250,000 that the other women make, but they want even more this season.”

Although Kim Richards, Kyle's sister, is reportedly returning as well, her role is said to be that of a friend of the wives, as opposed to an official housewife -- which means a big salary cut for her.

As far as the other women go, including Joyce Giraud and Carlton Gebbia, both of whom were brought onto the cast for season four, they have reportedly not been asked back.

Since "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" has been a strong series for Bravo, they will likely do what they can to keep the four women in question aboard. Without them, the show would surely lose viewers and with last season's failed casting of Joyce and Carlton, now is not the time to go for a reboot.
